Hawaii World Jr team is coming home tomorrow morning! They did amazing! They took 2nd in over all, Alessa Quizon got 2nd in Under 18 Girls, and Koa Smith got 3rd in Under 16 Boys.

They did a great job representing Hawaii to the world.

Hawaii places second as Australia wins fifth in row
Led by finalists Alessa Quizon and Koa Smith, Hawai’i placed second in the team standings of the Quiksilver ISA World Junior Surfing Championship yesterday in New Zealand.
The final day of the eight-day competition was completed in 3-foot waves at Piha Beach in Auckland.

Just uploaded the new webisode! I do random bets and contests with kids all the time.  So this webisode is about me making kids do fun stuff they wouldn’t normally do unless there’s something they want or money’s involved.  ha ha.  Enjoy!

ISA Jr. World Championship

They had the contest at the ISA Jr. World Championship again today.  The waves were bigger but it was STORMY!  it looked like the wind was blowing 30 mph onshore!
If i had to surf in that condition, i don’t think i could’ve caught a wave in 3 hours!
