Curbside Pick-up is available at our fulfillment center Monday-Friday from 11AM-4PM.
We do not offer curbside pick-up on Saturdays, Sundays and most holidays.
Our fulfilment center is located at the Harbor Court Business Center in Waimalu. We are in the last building, number 5, closest to the ocean. When you drive into the complex, proceed straight past Fabric Mart then take a left at the parking lot attendant. We are mid-way through the building on your left-hand side between Anne Takata Family Chiropractic and Simply 3D Printing. There is a marked Curbside Pick-Up stall in front of our location.

Upon arriving, please stay in your vehicle and call us at (808)366-0721. You will need to provide your name and order number, from there a team member will come out to you.
Once your order is processed and ready for pick up you will receive a notification via e-mail/text. Curbside pick-up orders are held for 7 days. If you do not pick up your order within 7 days from it being processed your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded in the original form of payment.

Who can pick up my order?
Anybody can pick up your order for you. They will need to have your order number and the name associated with your order to provide our fulfilment team upon arriving at our location.
What do I do when I arrive at the fulfilment center to get my order?
When you arrive, please stay in your vehicle and call us at (808)366-0721. Please have your order number and name associated with the order ready to communicate to our team.
How long will my order be held at the fulfilment center?
Orders made online and scheduled for curbside pick-up will be held for 7 days. If you have not picked up your purchase within 7 days of it being processed your order will be refunded and cancelled.
Can I do returns/exchanges through curbside pick-up?
Yes! Please e-mail us at online@alohaarmy.com with your order number and information regarding what you would like to return/exchange.
